Using drums and the voice for stress management, anxiety reduction, heart health, and general well-being. Led by registered nurse Nina Rodahaffer and music therapist Cheyenne Mize. Held every Tuesday at The Pointe in Butchertown. No musical instruments or experience required!


There is a suggested fee of $10, but everyone will be welcomed, regardless of ability to pay.
