LIBA will be offering an Executive Leadership program intended to bring new ideas, vision, and solutions to your business. You’ll be able to do this by working and learning with other independent business leaders in an open and sharing environment once a month. We think this will make the independent business community that much stronger, and of course, benefit your business in a major way!
These groups are designed for collaboration and are professionally facilitated to help you expand your views beyond current business pressures and challenges. We’ve partnered with The Growth Factory, who has an extensive history of successfully facilitating these groups to be productive and highly effective for participants.
Groups would meet for 90 minutes once a month (meals included). Times are to be determined based on participants (either 7:30 am, 11:30am or 4:30pm), and would be consistent every month. The group would have 12-15 participants in non-competing businesses, and allows businesses to have the experience of their own Board of Directors.
The group can help support you with a network of like-minded individuals who work and live in the Louisville market just like you:

Stronger Together: Independent Business Leader Roundtable is $899 for a year of meetings. This includes all 12 meetings, and all 12 meals. It is a commitment and an investment in your company's future, so we are offering information sessions (at no charge of course!) so you can learn more about it, meet previous participants, and meet Tim Hess (who will be leading the group) before you commit. We feel this is a very powerful tool for success in your independent business, and also strengthens our community of local independent business leaders in a very meaningful way.
