Bourbon Barrel Foods and local chefs are teaming up once a month to teach and demonstrate gourmet recipes.

Chef Michael Crouch of Bistro 1860 is the first guest chef for the first How to Eat Your Bourbon Chef Series event on March 22nd at 11:00am. Twenty guests can enjoy heavy hors d’oeuvres and a cooking demo with some of Louisville’s best chefs. Tickets are $35.00.
