On average there are about 1600 people unhoused every night in Louisville and only 750 shelter beds available. Many of our businesses have interactions with homeless people regularly. Please join us to learn about existing resources and develop skills for de-escalation to compassionately respond and better support homeless Louisvillians. Light refreshments will be served. This event is hosted through a partnership between the Louisville Coalition for the Homeless, Louisville Independent Business Alliance, and Louisville Downtown Partnership.  (This is a free training)
