As the small business part of the Louisville Metro Economic Development Department becomes part of the newly created Louisville Economic Development Alliance (LEDA) public/private partnership, LIBA is providing an opportunity for our members to learn more about the plans, ask questions and give feedback.
We are hosting LEDA’s interim director, Pat Mulloy, at this member event to hear more and dialogue about overall LEDA plans.
Area legislators will also be in attendance to be part of the discussion, including State House Representatives Rachel Roarx, Nima Kulkarni, Keturah Herron and Beverly Chester-Burton, and Metro Council Members Shameka Parrish-Wright, Jecorey Arthur, Paula McCraney, Andrew Owen, Betsy Ruhe and Jeff Hudson.
The cost of this event is $12 and includes a pizza buffet with unlimited soft drinks and water, or you can opt not to have lunch. Other drinks will be available for purchase from the bar. Parking is available on the street and in lots behind or beside the building.(If you are unable to register because you are not a LIBA member, please email Jennifer to attend as a guest.)
