DATE & TIME: Sunday, May 31st from 12n - 6pm
LOCATION: Lynn Family Stadium Fan Zone
FEES & AUCTION: We keep booth fees as low as possible ($50 for a regular vendor, $70 after May 8), so we ask everyone participating (who is not a sponsor or food vendor) to donate an item worth $40 or above for our silent auction.
We collect a $50 refundable deposit in addition to the vendor fee. You can turn your auction donation in at the Fair and we will return your deposit once your auction donation is received and your booth at the Fair is completed.
DEADLINE: Registration closes after Wednesday, May 20. (We will have waitlist registration available after that.)
PARKING: Parking is free for vendors this year in the Purple Lot near the entrance. No parking passes will be needed to park, but all vendors must be parked by 11:30am.
FOOD TRUCK, SNACK/DESSERT TRUCK OR REGULAR VENDOR?
Regular Vendors may sell sample sizes of food and drink, up to 2 ounces each. (Pricing is up to vendor.) May also sell any size food or drink that is packaged to be consumed at home. Must have proper health department permits.
CANCELLATIONS: You are welcome to cancel with notice. We work hard to publish an accurate map of booths and ensure our rows of booths are continuous. If you need to cancel your participation, please let us know by May 20 if possible.
