stressed? Wanting to slow down and relax? Or just wanting
to have some fun with yoga? In this workshop you will:
Practice yoga and meditation and increase
your ability to listen to your body.
Discover ways to slow down in your week and rest better at night.
Discuss healthy ways to manage stress and navigate conflict
with greater ease.
Please wear loose comfortable
clothing. Bring a mat and yourself.
COST: $6 per class OR $10 for two

Sarajen (SJ) Zocklein is a
Louisville native and has returned after 3 years mentoring teens and young
adults at Yale University. Graduate of WKU and Rishikish Yog Peeth
school of yoga in India. She has traveled the world learning and teaching
conservation, peaceful mediation, and mindful living.
