(with whom LIBA is affiliated). Joe has spent the last decade of his life working in and with small businesses and entrepreneurs. He has spent time as a social media consultant with years of experience in the evolving landscape of marketing for small businesses and community based initiatives. Joe also brings expertise on promoting the local and independent message, creating a strong following of customers who value a businesses place in the community and the power of cooperative marketing among like-minded businesses.Agenda:
