Base fee:
  • Regular Food Trucks only, NO extended vehicles please! Need to bring your own generator. Must stop serving at 5:00pm.

    **NOTE: LIBA will remit fee to Levy, the concessions contract holder at the Stadium. If you prefer to sell samples, see those rules for a regular booth.
  • This is for a 10'x10' booth space where you'll be selling food. Must stop serving at 5:00pm. (If you are serving any type of food from a truck, you must select the food truck option.)

  • This is for a non-food booth, 10x10 foot area. (You may sell sample sizes of food and drink. Sizes are 1 or 2 ounces, pricing is up to the vendor. You may also sell any size food that is packaged to be consumed at home. Must have proper health department permits.)

    Silent Auction item worth $25 or more is part of registration fee. Can add electricity ($30). One parking pass is included with registration. Additional passes can be purchased for $10/each.

Register

This is the official booth sign up for the 2024 Buy Local Fair. Booth registration is for LIBA Business Members.

LOCATION: This year the Buy Local Fair will be at Lynn Family Stadium! New location, same awesome Buy Local Fair! 

FAIR HOURS: Please note the new time of the Fair: 11am - 5pm.  As a bonus for regular vendors, you are also welcome to continue vending past our 5pm event end time. (There would be a one hour break between event close at 5pm with stadium doors opening at 6pm for the soccer game that night.)

Vendors who chose to stay can vend until either 8:45pm (break down at halftime) or about 10pm (break down at end of game). Games generally have 5,000 to 7,000 people in attendance, and although their main focus is the game, we expect that some will have an interest in our booths as well.

AUCTION: We keep booth fees as low as possible ($45 for a regular vendor), so we ask everyone participating (who is not a sponsor or food vendor) to donate an item worth $25 or above for our silent auction. We will be in touch about your auction donation before the Fair.

FOOD OR REGULAR VENDOR?

Regular Vendors: Booth fee is $45 and donation of one silent auction donation (worth $25 or more). Includes one parking pass. Additional passes available for $10. 

Regular Vendors may sell sample sizes of food and drink, up to 2 ounces each. (Pricing is up to vendor.) May also sell any size food or drink that is packaged to be consumed at home. Must have proper health department permits.

Food Vendors: Due to the concessionaire contract in place at LFS, vendors of food and drink to be consumed on site (larger than a sample size) will have a fee of $400, which LIBA will remit directly to Levy (the contract holder). Food vendors will not have the option to vend past 5pm.

CANCELLATIONS: You are welcome to cancel with notice. We work hard to publish an accurate map of booths and ensure our rows of booths are continuous. If you need to cancel your participation, please let us know at least 2 weeks in advance (by May 25) if possible.
