Grab your lunch and join us for a Lunch 'N Learn focused on cybersecurity. Representatives from the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) will provide a presentation discussing current and emerging threats in the cyber domain. Case studies and incident analysis will provide examples of real world attacks and demonstrate best practices for response and preparedness activities. The session will conclude with an overview of no-cost resources available to assist with defending organizations against cyber-attacks as well responding to and recovering from an incident.
Ryan Lewis, Cybersecurity Adviser, and Colin Glover. Cybersecurity Coordinator, are from the Cybersecurity & Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) and are assigned to Kentucky. Amongst other duties, they focus on providing federal cybersecurity resources to Critical Infrastructure organizations, both public and private, as well as State and Local Governments.
Ryan is a retired Army Soldier, who previously worked in the Department of Defense as the Cybersecurity Cyber Compliance Branch Chief, for the Human Resources Command at Fort Knox. He was responsible for providing real-time Cyber Compliance support, cyber threat intelligence, and vulnerability assessment to HRC, and its mission partners to operate and defend their portion of the Army Department of Defense Information Network (DODIN-A).
Colin previously worked in the private sector helping companies achieve their cybersecurity goals and in the Department of Defense as a Counterintelligence Special Agent. He is a former Marine and holds a Masters in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering from the University of Virginia.
