CHECK THIS OUT
Thanks to Hatfield Media for this short video from the 2019 Expo, showcasing LIBA and our members, and why buying local is awesome!
FUN, FESTIVAL ATMOSPHERE
From the promoters of the "Keep Louisville Weird" slogan, you can rest assured this won't be your usual business networking event. So grab some fresh popped popcorn from Froggy's Popcorn and cotton candy from Gimme Some Suga, visit Crowler Catering's cash bar (cocktails/$9, craft beers/$6), play a few games and make new connections with local, independent businesses.
SHRED IT AND FORGET IT!
A+ Paper Shredding will be on site (look for the truck in the lower parking lot) from 1pm to 3pm to help you start fresh in 2024! If you've been purging and getting ready for tax season, this is an ultraconvenient way to have your sensitive docs, credit cards and hard drives pulverized while you watch. (No batteries, see shredding guidelines here.)
REUSABLE SHOPPING BAGS
The first 250 attendees of the event will receive a special edition tote bag. An excellent accessory for all of your visits to Expo booths and buying local in general!
WIN GREAT PRIZES
Prizes, Prizes, Prizes at many booths!
THANKS TO OUR 2024 SPONSORS!
We have all become more aware of the reasons to buy local – and they apply just as much to our business purchases as our personal ones. This event will give attendees the chance to ‘walk the talk’ and find quality, local vendors for their business purchases.
After all, a market shift of just 10% to local independent businesses would retain an additional $416 million in our regional economy, which helps all of our businesses!
